Drawing on the first doctoral research into meeting practices in high-performance sport, we help coaches and leaders analyse, redesign and run meetings that matter.
1-to-1 Meeting Enhancer
A focused six week programme for individual coaches or leaders. Begins with a discovery session to understand your context, followed by three deep-dive sessions combining meeting analysis, co-design and practical development. Ends with a debrief identifying your key strengths and targets for continued growth.
Team Bundle
Everything in the 1-to-1 Meeting Enhancer, plus a Team workshop on meeting practice for up to eight colleagues. Designed to support a key leader by upskilling and raising the communication standards for the whole group.
Integrated Meeting Support
For organisations seeking deeper, sustained development. Four to eight weeks of in-depth meeting and key event design, analysis and feedback - with a balance of remote and in-person support across key staff and a consistent reporting and debrief cycle.
